Stay close to Jesus

(F)Luister Nederland is a movement with a clear mission: to make people aware of a speaking God  God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. We want to raise up a generation that knows God speaks, understands His words, and carries out His will. A generation of obedient believers, capable of doing His will everywhere.

It's easy to live according to the standards of the world. Our calendars quickly fill up with what the world deems important. We can also live according to Christian values and norms, with our schedules filled with what the church or community requires. This is not necessarily wrong, but we believe that Jesus shows another, narrower path – a way where His voice takes center stage. Jesus did nothing without first listening to the voice of His Father. Time and again, He did not respond to the demands of the world or religious leaders, but followed the voice He sought daily.

As a team at (F)Luister Nederland, we also long to walk this path together and to learn what it means to stay close to Jesus. Every day, we want to actively engage with what He has said or is saying. In addition, we aim to support, inspire, and teach others in different ways about how to hear God's voice. Not because we know everything, but because we have experienced enough to confidently believe that He speaks more than we think.

We believe God has something to say about our own lives, the people around us, our city, and our country. Giving form and voice to that is a process for all of us. It is our desire to grow together, to hear Him more clearly, and to do what He says with trial and error!
