We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is God's Word, made flesh by the will of God, crucified for all people, and risen from the dead.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Head of His body (the church) on earth.
(Ephesians 1:22-23) "And He put all things under His feet and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all."
We believe that Jesus Christ is the One who sends people to be a shining light and a preserving salt in this world.
(John 20:21) "Then Jesus said to them again, ‘Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.’"
We believe that Jesus Christ still speaks today to His followers through the Holy Spirit.
(John 10:27) "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me."
We believe that Jesus Christ is the only Truth, the only Way, and the only Life. Only through Him can we approach God, our Heavenly Father.
(John 14:6) "Jesus said to him, ‘I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’"
We believe that everyone is personally responsible for testing every impression they receive to discern whether it is inspired by the Holy Spirit.
(1 John 4:1) "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world."
We believe that God gives us the freedom to make choices that contribute to our spiritual growth, but that Jesus Christ remains the only foundation for walking in our true destiny.
(1 Corinthians 3:11-13) "For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if anyone builds on this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or straw, each one’s work will become clear."
