How we protect personal data
Stichting (F)Luister Nederland takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or via info@fluisternederland.nl
We try to answer complaints received by e-mail within 5 working days. If this is not feasible, we will inform the reporter by email about the follow-up.
A complaint is considered settled when the (F)Luister Netherlands Foundation has explicitly indicated that it considers the complaint to be settled. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit an objection by e-mail or in writing to the name of Mr. E.W. Kamphorst (info@fluisternederland.nl).
Registration and evaluation of complaints received and the method of handling are registered and archived by us. These are kept for up to 5 years after receipt. Every year, this topic is put on the agenda for the board meeting for evaluation.
We will treat your data carefully and confidentially.
